Shenyang CarTeam Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "we" or " CarTeam ") as the operator of CarTeam products and services, are well aware of the importance of personal information to you. We will protect your personal information and privacy in accordance with legal regulations. We have formulated this privacy policy and hope to prompt you to understand the following contents in order to make appropriate choices.
- This privacy policy clearly describes how we handle your personal information in different scenarios to help you more intuitively and concisely understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal inf ormation.
- When you activate relevant features, use related services, or meet customer management needs, we may collect relevant information in order to achieve the necessary functions or services, or to satisfy organizational management needs. Unless ne cessary for achieving product features or required by legal regulations, or necessary for meeting customer management requirements, you can refuse to provide and it will not affect other functions or services.
- Permissions such as contact list, precise g eographic location, camera, microphone, photo album, and calendar will not be enabled by default, and will only be used to achieve specific functions or services with your explicit authorization. You can also revoke the authorization. It is particularly im portant to note that even if we obtain these sensitive permissions with your authorization, we will not collect this information when it is not required for relevant functions or services.
- This privacy policy applies to CarTeam products and services, i ncluding various versions of CarTeam client applications, mini-programs, official websites, CarTeam software development kits (SDK) and application programming interfaces (API) used by third-party websites and applications, as well as all products and se rvices provided by us and using this privacy policy (referred to as "this service" or " CarTeam " in this privacy policy). This privacy policy does not apply to other third-party services provided to you. Before choosing to use third-party services, you sho uld fully understand the product functions and privacy protection policies of the third-party services and then decide whether to use the corresponding functions or services.
- Besides this privacy policy, in specific scenarios, we will also inform you of the corresponding information collection purposes, scope, and usage methods through immediate notifications (including pop-ups, page prompts, etc.) and feature update instructions. These immediate notifications and feature update instructions are part of this privacy policy and have the same effect as this privacy policy.
- The definitions of relevant roles under this service are as follows:
- Customer refers to a legal person or other organization that registers for this service through authorized in dividuals, constructs an organizational structure, and enjoys management rights. Customers can invite individuals to join their organizations as authorized users.
- Authorized user refers to a natural person authorized or invited to join the organizati on constructed by the customer in CarTeam and use this service, including team creators and administrators. As designated by the customer, a natural person configuring this service on behalf of the customer and exercising backstage management permissions is called an administrator (referred to as "customer administrator" in this privacy policy); the initial creator of the team on behalf of the customer is called the team creator.
- Individual user refers to a natural person who registers and uses this service in a personal capacity. Individual users and authorized users are collectively referred to as "you."
The following section will help you understand in detail how we collect, use, store, transfer (if applicable), and protect your personal informati on. It will also help you understand how to inquire, copy, delete, correct, and withdraw authorized personal information. This policy is closely related to your use of our service, and we recommend that you carefully read and understand the entire content of this policy, make choices you consider appropriate, where the important content regarding your personal information rights has been highlighted in bold, please pay special attention.

1. How this service collects and uses personal information
In order to provide this service to you and customers, meet customer office coll aboration management needs, maintain the normal and secure operation of this service, and optimize the functional experience of this service, CarTeam will collect personal information voluntarily provided or authorized by you when registering and using th is service, as well as personal information generated when you use this service, according to the following purposes and methods:
1.1 Account Service
1.1.1 Registration, Login
a. Creating a CarTeam account is necessary to use this service. You can create a personal identity account, create an enterprise, organization, or join an organization to create a personal or organizational identity account (referred to as " CarTeam account"), and bind the same or different login credentials to these CarTeam accoun ts. Joining different organizations will generate different CarTeam accounts.
b. You need to create a CarTeam account using a mobile phone number . The collection of the phone number is necessary to fulfill the legal requirements regarding online real-nam e authentication. If you do not provide a phone number for registration or login, we may not be able to provide this service to you. You can also bind your CarTeam account with an email as a login credential. If you only browse the CarTeam official websi te, you do not need to register for a CarTeam account and provide the aforementioned information.
c. If you are an authorized user, you can join an organization through the invite code, invite link, or QR code sent by the customer. You should note that wh en the customer sends you an invitation, they may have already provided your phone number to CarTeam . However, your account under that organization is only activated when you confirm accepting the invitation and log in under your account identity in that organization. If you apply to join a particular organization, your account identity under that organization is created when your application is approved, and your account is activated when you log in.
d. When you register for this service on behalf of the customer, you also need to provide related information such as the name, industry type, and number of personnel of the enterprise/organization. In order to help you conveniently fill in enterprise information, CarTeam will use your IP information to locat e the area where the organization is located, and you can also manually select the area. If you wish to obtain more functions and benefits, you need to provide basic information such as business licenses, information of legal representatives or other types of managers, and authorization documents on behalf of the customer, so that we can help the customer complete the authentication. You confirm that you have received the full authorization of such customers to sign and agree to all the content of this priv acy policy.
e. Through our cooperation with telecommunication operators, when you use the "one-click login" function, the operator will send your phone number to us with your explicit consent, so that we can provide you with quick login services. The phone number is personal sensitive information, and if you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to register for or log in to this service using the "one-click login" method, but this does not affect your registration or login through other methods.
f. If you forget your login password and cannot reset it on your own, you can use the password reset appeal function. In order to ensure the security of your account, you may need to fill in related information for verification and, if necessary, verify your ide ntity through methods such as real identity verification.
1.1.2 Authentication and Security
a. When you activate live streaming, recover an account, or use other functions or related services that require identity authentication, in order to comply with relevant legal requirements, ensure your safety and the safety of other users, as well as maintain the security and stability of functions and services, it may be necessary to provide your real identity information ( such as real name, ID number, phone numb er, facial information, etc. ) to complete real-name authentication. We may verify the information you provide for real-name authentication with authorized units or their legally authorized institutions to verify the truth and accuracy of the submitted info rmation. The aforementioned information includes personal sensitive information. You have the right to refuse to provide this information. If you refuse, you may be unable to obtain related services, but this refusal will not affect the normal use of other functions and services.
b. In the context of facial recognition, we may access the mobile phone's accelerometer to identify the device's distance from you and its angle, helping you to complete identification quickly and accurately.
c. If your device an d the CarTeam version support fingerprint or facial recognition unlocking, you can activate screen lock protection to secure your account and data based on your needs. Once this feature is enabled, CarTeam will automatically lock when running in the back ground and can be unlocked again using a numerical password or fingerprint/facial recognition upon reopening. The numerical password is only stored locally on the client side and isolated by identity and will not be transmitted back to CarTeam's servers. If you choose the fingerprint or facial recognition unlock method, only the verification result needs to be completed on your device. CarTeam will only receive the verification result and will not collect your fingerprint or facial information. Additional ly, to comprehensively safeguard your account security, you can independently set the state of screen lock protection and unlock method for different CarTeam accounts you have in your possession.
1.1.3 Account Public Information
a. According to your need s, you can independently fill in or set your avatar, alias, personal signature, background image, and personal status. The personal information voluntarily filled in or set by you will be used for display to other users. Not filling in or setting this info rmation will not affect your use of the CarTeam account and services.
b. If you are an authorized user, specific information displayed on your organization's personal profile page may be set by the customer administrator based on the customer's management needs. CarTeam supports displaying system statuses such as leaves as your personal status to allow reasonable work arrangements for immediate communication or scheduling meetings with those you collaborate with. If allowed by the customer administrator, you can disable automatic status synchronization with the system's approval status.
1.2 Instant Messaging
1.2.1 To ensure the transmission and display of information, and to enable new members to view all historical messages upon joining a group at any ti me and from anywhere, thus quickly integrating into teams and projects to enhance office efficiency, CarTeam will record your messaging and voice-call state information (excluding call content) within CarTeam and synchronize it to all your logged-in devi ces.
1.2.2 In the case of urgent message alerts initiated by users, to expedite message notification, CarTeam may send urgent SMS or calls to the user's provided phone number at the time of registration to help other users remind you to check messages. To ensure that urgent calls are not missed, you can add urgent numbers to your contacts. For this purpose, CarTeam will request access to your contacts . Should you refuse to provide this authorization, you will be unable to store urgent numbers, but this re fusal will not affect your normal receipt of urgent reminders or other service features.
1.2.3 When you save a CarTeam contact to your phone's address book, CarTeam will request access to your address book .
1.2.4 Should you wish to share your location in formation with a contact via the instant messaging interface, CarTeam will obtain your location information to display your current location to you and your contact.
1.2.5 You can add or delete contacts within CarTeam . We will create contact and group li sts for you. If you are an authorized user, we will also display the organizational structure you are part of.
1.2.6 As an administrator, you can add external contacts via the phone's address book . In this case, CarTeam will request access to the phone's address book. We need to process the names and avatars of contacts in the client locally for local display. We will not transmit this information back to the server nor store it. Email addresses and phone numbers from the address book will be uploaded to t he server in hashed format for friend matching. Please be assured that we cannot access the specific content of this information nor use it for purposes other than as outlined above. This information is considered sensitive; refusing to provide it will onl y result in you being unable to use the above functions, but it will not affect your normal use of other CarTeam functions.
1.2.7 When you send voice messages, use voice call, or video call features, CarTeam will request permission to use your microphone /camera . If you send photos or files, CarTeam will request access to your photo album . These permissions are necessary for the relevant functions; refusing these permissions will affect your use of the related functions, but it will not affect your use of other CarTeam functions. When using your mobile device in landscape mode to take photos, we may use the accelerometer to identify the device's orientation. CarTeam places great importance on user experience. In instances where you have authorized access to your photo album and the last media file is in video format, to reduce the time taken to send a video, when switching to the chat sending scene, CarTeam may assist in compressing the last video in your album. However, this compression will only occur in the client's cache. After restarting the CarTeam application, the cache files will be deleted.
1.3 Cloud Files
1.3.1 You can independently choose to create or upload files to CarTeam cloud space, and these files will be stored on the CarTeam server.
1.3.2 The cloud document feature supports simultaneous viewing and editing of documents stored in cloud space by multiple users. In order to facilitate collaboration and provide insight into document status for users participating in document collaboratio n, document collaborators can check the document creator, co-authors, creation time, total word and character count, access count and access frequency, total likes, and comments. Additionally, when you publish, edit, or comment on a document, CarTeam will display your name, avatar, and published content. You can customize document permissions based on your requirements.
1.3.3 Your actions such as sharing, creating copies, downloading, browsing, and changing permission settings for documents will be recorde d and displayed to the document creator. You have the option to close access records. This means that when you access other documents, others will not be able to view your access records. Also, you will be unable to view the access records of other visitor s in documents you have created. However, closing access records will not affect the counting of your access frequency, which will be included in the total number of visitors and access times. If the customer administrator has disabled access records, you will be unable to view access records in document information.
1.3.4 When you wish to enter a phone number in a phone number field type in a multidimensional table, you can manually enter the phone number or jump to your phone's address book to enter it. D opamina will not request access to your address book and will only help you read and store the specific contact name and phone number you manually select to enter into the table, without storing other address book content or using that data for other purpo ses.
1.3.5 When you edit the location field in a multidimensional table and input your location information through real-time location or manual entry, CarTeam will request location permissions and assist in displaying your current location .
1.4 Email Se rvice
1.4.1 CarTeam provides email and mail client services. In order to provide email services and display email content, CarTeam will store relevant data related to emails you compose and receive, including email addresses of contacts, content, and att achments. Furthermore, to help you identify and prevent potential inappropriate or harmful content, we utilize technological capabilities to aid in identifying potential spam and improper content. You understand and agree that the enterprise email assigned to you by the customer administrator is intended for work-related communication to help you and your organization complete work-related communications, and you will not use the enterprise email for personal use.
1.4.2 You can use the CarTeam mail client feature to send and manage emails from third-party email services. In this scenario, your email-related data is processed only within the CarTeam client and is not transmitted to our server.
1.5 Content Publishing and Interaction
1.5.1 You can publish in formation and messages through cloud documents, announcements, comments, group chats, and other content publishing features and scenes provided by CarTeam . CarTeam will display your name, avatar, published content, and information.
1.5.2 When you capture or publish images, depending on the type of function you use, CarTeam will request authorization to access your camera or photo album . If you refuse to authorize these requests, you will be unable to use the related features, but it will not affect your normal use of our other services.
1.5.3 When you engage in actions such as clicking on content, browsing, commenting, bookmarking, downloading content, receiving likes, or sharing content, CarTeam will record the aforementioned information.
15.4 Please no te that the information you publish may involve your or others' personal information, and even personal sensitive information, especially when uploading content containing personal information. Please consider carefully whether to share or publicly disclos e related information while using our services.
1.6 Search
1.6.1 When you use the search function, we collect your search keyword information and log records to show you search result content and search history. Search keyword information will be stored on both your device and the CarTeam server. You can click on the search box to view and delete corresponding search history keywords stored on your device and the server.
1.6.2 We use programmatic algorithms to process text within images from CarTeam gro up chats for feature recognition. This aids in rapid image searches within historical group chat images. This processing aims to enhance search efficiency and will not be associated with your identity. We will not use the analysis results for any other pur poses or provide them to third parties.
1.7 Message Notifications
1.7.1 You understand and agree that based on the contact information you provide during the use of our services (e.g., contact phone numbers), we may send various types of notifications during operations, including user message notifications, identity verification, security verification, and user experience surveys. Additionally, we may provide relevant services, functions, or events to you through SMS or phone calls. If you do not wish t o receive such notifications, you can unsubscribe using the provided method within the messages or directly contact us for unsubscribing.
1.7.2 You are free to choose whether to participate in our marketing activities. If you choose to participate, dependi ng on the requirements of the activities, you may need to provide your n ame, contact information, address, and bank account details for receiving payments or gifts. This information may include personal sensitive information. You have the option to refuse to provide this information, but we will be unable to process payments or issue gifts to you.
1.7.3 If you want CarTeam to receive push messages while the app is closed or running in the background to avoid missing any messages, you need to grant CarTeam self-starting permission.
1.8 Security Operation
1.8.1 Operation and Security Assurance
We are committed to providing you with a safe and trustworthy product and user environment. Our core goal is to deliver high-quality and reliable services and informa tion. In order to maintain the normal operation of our services and to protect your or other users' or the public's lawful interests from harm, we collect necessary information to maintain the security and stable operation of the products or services.
1.8. 2 Device Information and Log Information
a. In order to ensure the secure operation, quality, and efficiency of the software and services, we collect your hardware model, operating system version, device identifiers (such as IMEI, AndroidID , OAID, IMSI, IC CID, GAID, MEID for Android; IDFV for iOS. Different identifiers may vary in terms of validity period, user reset ability, and acquisition method), network device hardware address (device MAC address), hardware serial number (SN), IP address, WLAN access p oint (e.g., SSID, BSSID), Bluetooth, base station, software version number, network access method, type, status, network quality data, operations, usage, service logs, device time zone, device name, CPUID, motherboard serial number, and hard drive serial n umber.
b. To prevent malicious programs and ensure operation quality and efficiency, we collect information about the CarTeam application you have installed (such as version, language, source), process information, overall operation, usage, and frequency, application crash data, and performance data.
c. We may use your account information, device information, service log information, and information obtained from our affiliated and cooperative parties, as authorized by you or permitted by law, to judge acc ount and transaction security, conduct identity verification, identify illegal activities, and detect and prevent security incidents. We may also take necessary actions for recording, analysis, and disposal as required by law.
1.9 Copying and Sharing
1.9. 1 When you share or copy information, we may need to access your clipboard to read password, share code, link, and other content information to enable functions or services such as jumping, copying, and sharing.
1.9.2 If your organization has enabled paste protection, based on the organization's security policies, you may be unable to copy content from CarTeam to other applications. CarTeam will write a message to the clipboard regarding the inability to paste, so that you will promptly understand the rea son if unable to paste. This is solely to provide a reason for the restriction, and CarTeam will not obtain your private information.
1.10 User Feedback
During your use of our services, you can provide feedback on issues encountered and service experienc es. Your feedback helps us better understand your experiences and needs with our products or services. This, in turn, aids in problem-solving and improves our products and services. For this purpose, we may record your contact information, feedback issues or suggestions, your communication/call logs with us, and related content (including account information, work order information, other information provided by you to prove related facts, or other contact details you have provided) to further engage with y ou and provide feedback on the progress of our resolution.
1.11 Change in the Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
Please be aware that as our business evolves, there might be adjustments and changes to CarTeam's functions and services. I n principle, when new functions or services relate to our current offerings, the collection and use of personal information will be directly or reasonably relevant to the original processing purpose. In scenarios where there is no direct or reasonable asso ciation with the original processing purpose, the collection and use of your personal information will be communicated to you again in a reasonable manner, such as through page prompts, interactive processes, and agreement confirmations, as required by law s, regulations, and national standards, and your consent will be obtained.
1.12 Exceptions for Obtaining Authorization and Consent
Please understand that under the following circumstances, in accordance with laws, regulations, and related national standar ds, we may collect and use your personal information without obtaining your authorization and consent:
a. In cases related to us fulfilling legal obligations.
b. Directly related to national security and national defense security.
c. Directly related to public safety, public health, and significant public interests.
d. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and judgment enforcement.

i . Necessary for maintaining the security and stable operation of the software and related services, such as detecting and addressing malfunctions of the software and related services.
j. Necessary for lawful news reporting purposes.
k. Necessary for academic research conducted by academic research institutions for public interest and the results are de-identified when providing the results or descriptions.
l. Other circumstances as stipulated by laws and regulations.
1.13 Customers as Personal Information Controllers
1.13.1 If you are an authorized user, in addition to the information collected by the system and that you voluntarily submit while using our services, the customer will provide us with the personal information necessary to facilitate your use of the services and the associated functions, including but not limited to your account name, name, enterprise email, work phone, work location, job title , job level, and organizational relationships as may be updated from time to time. According to the customer's statements and warranties, before providing us with your personal information, the customer has obtained your explicit authorization and fully in formed you of the purpose, scope, and usage of your personal information. If you are unable to confirm the above content, we suggest that you immediately cease visiting or using our services and confirm the matter with the customer. You can also contact us using the contact information provided in this privacy policy, and we will cooperate with you to the best of our ability to address the related matters.
1.13.2 If you, as an authorized user, use our services through your organization's identity account, the data generated belongs to customer-controlled data. The customer has the right to collect and process the personal information generated by your use of the organizational identity account as necessary for the formation and performance of the contract w ith the authorized user or as required by labor regulations and rules, as applies to the implementation of human resources management. CarTeam processes this information (referred to as "customer usage data") solely according to the customer's instruction s, the agreements between us and the customer, and for the purpose of providing you with related services and functions. This includes, but is not limited to:
a. Your name, avatar, personal signature, background image, alias, position, contact information (email, mobile number, etc.), work location, job title, job level, and organizational structure .
b. Content such as audio and video files, comments, documents, emails, company circle content, and enterprise encyclopedia entries generated during your use of the services within the organization .
c. If the customer has deployed business management (including, but not limited to, approval, contract and project management, visitor registration) or personnel management (including, but not limited to, OKR, clock-i n, access control, sign-in, health management, recruitment, HR, performance, payroll, reporting, business travel) or similar products or functions for daily operational management and office security, and to implement these functions, you may be required t o provide your basic personal information (such as contact information, gender, social media account), identity information (such as relevant identification information), occupational information (department, position, job level, etc.), work and educationa l information, salary and banking details for payment, facial photos, facial feature information, original fingerprints, fingerprint features, geographical location, scheduling information, access and clock-in records, approval records, health status infor mation, as entered, assigned, or requested by the customer .
1.13.3 For customer usage data, it is the responsibility of the customer to inform the authorized user about the purposes, methods, and scope of the collection and use of personal information. If you have any questions or assert your personal information rights concerning related content, you understand and acknowledge that you can contact the customer or customer administrator for resolution.
A special note for you to be aware of: If information cannot identify your personal identity individually or in conjunction with other information, it does not fall under the legal definition of your personal information. However, when your information can identify your personal identity individually or in c onjunction with other information, or when we combine data that cannot be linked to any specific personal information with your other personal information, during the period of combined use, this information will be treated and protected as your personal i nformation in accordance with this privacy policy.
2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies
2.1 We use cookies and other similar technologies to enhance your experience while using this service. 3.1 Partners Involved in Data Processing
3.1.1 Principles
a. Legal Principle : Any data usage activity involving our partners m ust have a lawful purpose and comply with the statutory legal bases. In scenarios where personal information is entrusted for processing, we will sign relevant processing agreements with the entrusted partner in accordance with legal requirements and supervise their activities involving the use of personal information.

In scenarios involving the joint processing of personal information, we will sign relevant agreements with partners according to legal requirements, and stipulate each party's rights and obligations to ensure compliance with relevant laws and data security.
3.1.4 Scope of Partners
If specific functions and scenarios involve services provided by our affiliates or third parties, the scope of partners includes our af filiates and third parties.
3.1.5 Use of Data to Facilitate Functions or Services
a. When using products and services on the CarTeam open platform or other third-party products and services, these products and services may use system permissions authoriz ed by you or may require you to submit personal information based on the functionalities of these products and services. We will provide the necessary information to these serving products based on your authorization. You can refer to the relevant agreemen ts or privacy policies of these products and services, and you can also revoke authorization within these products and services. If you are an authorized user, the customer administrator may provide some customer usage data to these service providers to en able you to use these products or services.
b. Logging in and linking other products: When you use your CarTeam account to log in to affiliated or third-party products or services, or link your CarTeam account to an affiliated or third-party account, th e mentioned applications or services will use your name, avatar, product installation status, device information, orders for third-party products you purchase, and other information that you have authorized.
c. Authentication services: When using identity authentication functions or related services, according to relevant laws and regulations and security requirements, you may need to complete real-name authentication to verify your identity. During the real-name authentication process, the authentication service provider cooperating with us will need to use your real name, ID number, phone number, and facial information . Some of this information is sensitive personal information. Refusal to provide the above information will prevent you from completing ide ntity authentication, but will not affect the normal use of other CarTeam features. This information is only used for real-name authentication and for purposes stipulated by laws and regulations, and will not be used for other purposes without your explic it authorization.
d. Geolocation services: When using geolocation-related services, the location service provider (such as Amap ) may use your GPS information , device information through SDKs, or related technologies in order to provide location results. Location information is sensitive personal information. Refusal to provide this information will only affect the geolocation service function, but will not affect the normal use of other features.
